Building and finishing standards

Non-cellared buildings, storeyed of constructional walls trick from Wienerberger ceramics of an increased thermal isolation, Certus blocks (B-20 concrete) applied in foundations. Two full thickly ribbed Teriva celilings, wooden rafter flaming with high quality metal tiles roofing. The buildings are warmed with a foamed polystyryne layer of a thickness of 12 cm and finished with fine-grained elevation. High quality PVC Windows carpentry, anti-theft certificated outsider doors, segment garage gates remote-controlled.


The housing estate is connected to municipal media (water-pipes, gas, electric energy).


The suites are equipped with individual central heating with highly-productive gas fired boiler with a closed combustion chamber.


Each suite has a fireplace installation prepared to connect the inset and outsider fireplace. Apart from the elements described above, the standard of finishing also includes inside installations prepared for assembly of the equipment and devices, inside plaster, flooring dressings, inside window-sills and heaters.


Arranging partition walls presented in plans is a suggestion of our architect. The price of house includes situating partition walls upon the customer’s request. It is also possible to make additional installation serving the system of ”intelligent house”.
