Bank Housing Estate is a camera complex of 4 single-family houses in semi-detached buildings.

Each of the buildings has two separate rooms. The housing estate will consist of 16 suites, eight of 195m and another eight 215m each.

The Project of Bank Housing Estate is very modern, and it is functionality and very interesting colouring of the buildings play an important role, which was the architect’s intention.

The buildings have two full floors of a height of 2,8 m and additionally the attic to be used.

In the near future the planned Warsaw ring-road nearby Baletowa Street will enable shortening the access to the Centre.

Nearby there is a bus stop with 3 bus lines, primary school in Łady and grocery shop.
